Haus Vasdev in Oer-Erkenschwick

I picked up three dishes + some side dishes there today. Unfortunately, eating on site is not possible. The service was very nice and the food was plentiful and delicious! We will certainly pick up some food there again or we will certainly eat there in the future!

These many very good reviews are no coincidence :-) In the meantime we have tried several different dishes and are absolutely thrilled every time. In addition, the Vasdev family are the warmest hosts you can imagine. In short: if you like Indian dishes, you should definitely make your way to Erkenschwick - it's worth it!

There are few Indian restaurants. So I have no real comparison. But the food here is always super fresh and very, very tasty. Definitely try it out. For me one of the best restaurants in Erkenschwick. Price is slightly higher, we always pay around 30-35 euros for 2 people with starters and main course. The main courses are plentiful and only fill you up with them. Often there is still something left for the next day.

With all the love and the seriousness of the currently Due to the prevailing crisis, we got carried away to order from this institution regarding support of the catering trade on site due to the advertising thrown in the mailbox. The first and last time. Indian at this pick-up price = underground. 12.50 € (!!!) for rice, some chicken and sauce? About 50 € for four people, the taste leaves a lot to be desired (confirmed by four different people and tastes) and is a waste of money. Good luck for the future, but then I'd rather get an ouzo plate from the grill of choice for cheaper money, which tastes better and is richer. I'm sorry !!

A chef with golden hands, a cozy atmosphere, an interesting mix of traditional pub and Indian decorations. An excellent small family business with friendly members. Pleasant background music. Two bowling alleys with a cellar bar so that no throat stays dry. Eat like friends. Price / performance ratio great! Nice tableware, exceptional serving containers. Comfortable portions. Would give the 5 plus an additional star. It was not the last time we were there. Thank you for the nice evening and the culinary experience !!!

? - What a culinary enrichment. Anyone looking for a good Indian in the Vest is here at the BEST. We have already eaten Indian in Recklinghausen - nowhere has it tasted nearly as excellent as here. I have spent a few weeks in India and here is an authentic kitchen - you can tell that the chef cooks with love. I am overjoyed to have found one of the TOP Indians of the republic here in Oer Erkenschwick as Hamburg Jung. We are new regulars ?
